The Pahrump Community Library, in conjunction with NyECC, is offering “Qigong with Tamalyn” on Thursdays, 1:00-2:00pm. This class focuses on creating a strong mind-body connection through gentle movements, emphasizing the whole body as you develop your center. Utilizing Yoga movements, as well as meditation and visualization techniques, Qigong may be helpful in managing stress levels and dealing with chronic pain. Wear loose, comfortable clothing. The class is free & no sign-up is required.
