Pahrump Community Library Announces Digital Video Game Resource

PCL partners with Recorded Books, Inc. to offer digital video game resource OnePlay for Libraries.

OnePlay for Libraries offers Pahrump Community Library patrons a digital gaming service that enables them to instantly download and play unlimited Android and PC games for free. OnePlay for Libraries includes over 1,000 games (with more than 1500 PC titles and more than 500 Android titles) from over 75 different publishers.  As part of this service, new games are added daily, and users are not subject to holds or waiting.  Pahrump Community Library patrons simply download games and play them offline on PCs, Android tablets, and smartphones.

“As a gaming enthusiast myself, I really enjoy the variety of games available from OnePlay,” says Assistant Library Director, Mandy Cafeo. “You are able to sort and search according to what you like or might be in the mood for at that moment. And there’s something for every age group, too.”  She adds that the interface is easy to handle and all you need is your PCL Library card to set up your OnePlay account.  Please see any library staff member at for more information on how to access this service.

And all you need is your Library card!  What are you waiting for?
