Board of Trustees Regular Meeting April 8, 2019
Meeting called to order at 10:04 am. Present were Carlton McCaslin, Bobby Edwards, Joy Marshall, Marie Long and Susan Wonderly. Guests present were Amy Bruno, and Alysha Wogee.
Public comment: None
Consent Agenda:
Adoption of Agenda/Consent of agenda: Joy made a motion to accept the agenda; Marie seconded and the motion carried.
Acceptance of minutes of 3/11/19 meeting: Bobby made a motion to accept the minutes of the previous meeting as written; Marie seconded and the motion carried.
Treasurer’s Report: (attached) Susan presented the report. Susan expressed concerns regarding the Treasurer’s office not supplying confirmation of revenue deposits. Susan will go to the Treasurer’s office and ask questions about Capital Projects and fines. Bobby made a motion to accept the Treasurer’s Report; Marie seconded and the motion carried.
Reports/Discussions:
Tentative Budget: (attached) Susan presented figures for the Budget FY19-20. Brief discussion followed. One full-time position will be added to the FY 2019-20 Budget. Bob made a motion to accept the Tentative Budget as presented; Joy seconded and the motion carried.
Calendar update: The next regular meeting will be held Tuesday May 21, 2019, @ 10:15am.
