Board of Trustees Regular Meeting October 8, 2018
Meeting called to order at 10:00am. Present were Carlton McCaslin, Marie Long, Bobby Edwards, Janice Painter and Susan Wonderly. Guests present were Amy Bruno, Alysha Wogee.
Public comment: None
Consent of Agenda & Acceptance of Minutes:
Adoption of Agenda/Consent of agenda: Bobby made a motion to accept the agenda; Marie seconded and the motion carried.
Acceptance of minutes of 9/10/18 meeting: Bobby made a motion to accept the minutes of the previous meeting as written; Marie seconded and the motion carried.
Treasurer’s Report: (attached) Susan presented the report. Bobby made a motion to accept the Treasurer’s Report; Janice seconded and the motion carried.
Reports/Discussions:
Political Activity Policy: Board Approval with adding “meeting rooms” in the description of Premises: Bobby made a motion to accept the policy and Janice seconded and the motion carried.
In-Service Day: Susan requested that the library be closed on November 2 for a staff In-Service Day; the Board agreed.
Calendar update: The next regular meeting will be held Tuesday November 13, 2018 at 10:00 am.

Janice made a motion to adjourn the meeting; Marie seconded, and the motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 10:35am.
