Meeting was called to order at 10:00am. Pledge was said. Present were Carlton McCaslin, John Pawlak, Marie Long, Joy Marshall, Janice Painter, and Susan Wonderly.  Guests present were Amy Bruno, Shanna Gibbons, John Koenig, and Daniel McArthur.

Public comment:  John Keonig reminded us that the Open Meeting Law Training is on February 28 @ 1:30.


I          CONSENT AGENDA

No agenda or treasurer’s report. 

The meeting was temporarily adjourned while we waited for Daniel McArthur to arrive. John Pawlak made a motion and Joy seconded the motion. The motion passed and the meeting was adjourned @ 10:02am.

FY 2019 Audit

The meeting reopened @ 10:10, with Daniel McArthur present.

Reports/Discussion/Action Possible:
Daniel McArthur Discussed the 2019 fiscal year audit report (see attached). He stated that the Library was in great financial position. 

Susan Wonderly: Susan brought up the subject of the Bookmobile, and what to takes to get one purchased along with what the expenses of maintaining it would be. She also briefly spoke of future building maintenance issues that will be upcoming, such as new carpet and HVAC system.

Approval of acceptance: Joy made a motion and Janice seconded it and the motion passed.

Daniel McArthur: He made a statement that Susan Wonderly is doing a great job and there has never been any issues or violations.

Public Comment: None.

John made a motion to close the meeting and Joy seconded, and the motion carried. Meeting adjourned @ 10:37.

Closed for Renovations

We will be closed from December 16th, until the renovations are complete in the Spring of 2025. You can check out digital e-books and audio books using the Libby app on digital devices. Kanopy, a new streaming service is available to watch for free. The Kanopy app can be downloaded to smart T.V.s, mobile devices and desktops. Learn a new language for free using the Rosette Stone database. All of these services require a library card. All fines for overdue items will be waived if they are checked out and due after our closing date. The drop box will be open on most days, but will be closed from time to time if work is being done in that room. We can’t wait to have a re-grand opening in the Spring!
